Butter Chicken | Itaki Pro Electric Lunch Box Recipe
A butter chicken recipe that is easily made in the itaki pro. We made use of the store bought butter chicken sauce to keep it simple. Of course you can go ahead and make you homemade sauce if you like. Just replace the sauce and it can still be made in the itaki. The chicken breast can be replace by chicken thigh which, in my opinion, will make it even more tastier. I just love the higher fat content of the chicken thigh. Adding sweet potato give it a unique taste but you can omit it if it offends you. Eat it with rice or naan and it will be just as good.
