This egg bake is keto friendly as it is very low in carbohydrate. The HotLogic is an electric lunch box that comes with a hotplate. It allows us to use any container that can fit in the lunchbox to make our meal. I prefer to use containers made of glass as oppose to plastic. The HotLogic does not get high enough in temperature for water to boil. Therefore, we are not able to cook rice or potato that need to be cooked in boiling water. Because of the lower temperature, the HotLogic takes a longer time to cook food. This egg bake recipe tastes delicious and provides the protein and fat needed in the keto diet. Ingredients
- 30g - grape tomato
- 1/2 - avocado
- drizzle - oil
- 1 tsp - butter
- 3 - eggs
- To taste - salt
- 1/8 tsp - garlic powder
- 1/4 cup - cheese
Instructions
- Cut tomatoes into halves.
- Cut avocado into bite sized cubes.
- Drizzle some olive oil into a glass container.
- Brush the bottom and sides with the oil.
- Add butter.
- Crack the eggs into the container.
- Lightly scramble up the eggs.
- Add the tomatoes and avocado to the egg mixture.
- Sprinkle some salt and garlic powder to the mixture.
- Add cheese on top.
- Cover up and keep in the fridge until ready to cook.
- Place the glass container into the HotLogic 2 hours before meal time.
- Plug it in and wait 2 hours for food to cook.
- Enjoy the egg bake.

- Adding more eggs may need longer cook time.
