Keto Egg Bake | HotLogic Mini Electric Lunch Box Recipe

Yield: 1 serving
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 2 hours
Total Time: 2 hours 15 minutes

This egg bake is keto friendly as it is very low in carbohydrate. The HotLogic is an electric lunch box that comes with a hotplate. It allows us to use any container that can fit in the lunchbox to make our meal. I prefer to use containers made of glass as oppose to plastic. The HotLogic does not get high enough in temperature for water to boil. Therefore, we are not able to cook rice or potato that need to be cooked in boiling water. Because of the lower temperature, the HotLogic takes a longer time to cook food. This egg bake recipe tastes delicious and provides the protein and fat needed in the keto diet. I hope you try this out and enjoy the food.
